A deposit of $200 is required. Payment for damages will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining sum will be returned to the boarder upon departure.
There is no refund of fees if a boarder does not stay during the weekends or the one-week school vacations in March and September.
Payment must be made by cash or cheque within the first 3 days of a term. Fees paid are not refundable.
Boarders can check into the hall one day before the term starts and must leave the next day after the term closes.

Withdrawal of Boarding
Boarding fees are calculated by the school term. There is no refund for withdrawals after each period has commenced.
Boarders who wish to terminate their stay must write in through their parents/sponsors one week in advance.
Boarders must clear all debts and return all hall property before departure. Repair and replacement costs will be borne by the boarder.
